Naomi started in this practice in 2005 as a GP Retainer having studied medicine at The Queen's College and Green (now Green Templeton) college. She trained in the Oxford Hospitals on the GP training scheme and has been in General Practice since 2002. Dr Drury became a partner in the summer of 2014. She currently holds surgeries to see patients on Monday and Thursday mornings and all day on Tuesday.

MaryKate joined the practice in 2014 and became a partner when Dr Gancz retired. She qualified from the University of Sheffield in 2004 and has been in general practice since 2008. Her areas of special interest are paediatrics and mental health. Dr Kirkaldy currently works 4 sessions a week - all day Monday and all day Wednesday.
In her leisure time she enjoys running and has three young children.
Brian studied Medicine at the University of Leeds, completed his academic foundation training in oncology in Yorkshire, and his GP training in York and Oxford. He works at King Edward Street each Friday. Dr Nicholson is a clinical fellow in primary care researching early cancer diagnosis at the Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences at the University of Oxford, and is the Macmillan GP Facilitator for Oxfordshire.

Emma sees patients on Tuesday and Friday mornings and all day Thursday. She holds diplomas in child health and sexual and reproductive health and her practical skills include minor surgery and fitting contraceptive implants. Dr McKenzie-Edwards is also an experienced tutor. Having taught at Peninsula Medical School and the Australian National University she is now a GP tutor for the University of Oxford. Emma is currently on maternity leave for 2017.

Julian is helping us to cover Emma's maternity leave and will be with us for the whole of 2017. He will be holding a weekly surgery on Thursdays.

Dr Gancz has now RETIRED.
Dr Gancz started in this practice in 1976. He was a College Doctor for 39 years until his retirement from the Practice in 2015. Having been an undergraduate at Pembroke College, Oxford he maintained a keen involvement in University medicine including helping to set up the University Counselling Service and the current College Welfare systems.
Tricia is available to offer advice on many aspects of health, including support to stop smoking, weight management, contraception and sexual health.
Tricia works on Mondays.

Amanda works on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
Matthew came to the practice with experience in Social Work and Local Government Administration. He joined the practice from the Oxfordshire Health and Wellbeing Partnership and is responsible for all the administrative affairs to ensure everything in the practice runs smoothly. Head Receptionist (time in practice 15 years)
Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries, dealing with financial claims, dealing with patient records and carrying out searches and practice audits.

Our midwife holds an antenatal clinic at the surgery on Tuesday morning between 8am and 1pm.
Our excellent team of district nursing staff give nursing care to our elderly and housebound patients and are happy to give advice and support to carers. They can be contacted on 01865 903061.
Members of the health visitor team are available to give advice on any matter relating to child health and welfare and can be contacted on 08165 903077.
